Return Policy
AKROZO guarantees the quality and individuality of all our artisan products. Our goods are handcrafted and made with love, passion and creativity; as a result, items may vary slightly in color and/or size and will not be perfect. These imperfections make these hand-made items unique and differentiate them from machine made goods that you are so used to. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will gladly issue a store credit; refunds are not available at this time.
Store Credit
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, price of the item plus any taxes will be provided as a store credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Returns are accepted within 7 days of the date that you received your order.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive your return and process your request. Store credits will be issued as a promo code that can be applied against your next purchase and will be the cost of the product plus taxes.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, please contact us. If your order has not shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that if the order has shipped, we cannot authorize a cancellation.
Damaged Items
Damaged or defective items should be reported to us within 2 business days of receipt of the package. Do not ship damaged products back to us unless requested to do so. A credit will be issued to your account or you will be shipped replacement item(s) as soon as possible.
Missing Item
While we try to be as accurate as possible, we are just humans, and might occasionally make a mistake in fulfilling orders. If items are missing from your order, please contact us within 10 business days of receipt of the package to be issued a credit or to be shipped correct item(s).

The shipping time period depends on the location to which we are shipping. We ship from North America, so orders may take approximately 10-21 business days within Canada and the U.S. Expedited shipping can be chosen at the time of Check-Out for an additional cost.
International Orders
In line with our ideology, we want to make international shipping hassle free for all our customers. At present, we are shipping to Australia, UK, France, Spain, Netherlands, Germany, UAE, Qatar, South Africa India. Shipping charges are calculated at the time of Checkout.
